About the role
As a Continuous Improvement Leader at Prodrive Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within an organization.
Key Responsibilities
Master’s degree in the technical field.
Experience in continuous improvement and project management in a production environment.
5 – 10 years of experience within the field of manufacturing
Strong analytical skills and leadership to motivate team.
Proactive, decisive, and action oriented.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required.
Excellent command of English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
