The Precision Solutions program provides leading technologies and integrated systems enabling customers to realize precision applications with our knowledge, capabilities, and products. Our primary markets are semiconductors, life sciences, and medical.
Within the program, we concentrate on three main pillars in terms of technologies and products, being (1) Camera & Optics Components, (2) Motion Components, and (3) Application Solutions. The focus of Prodrive Technologies on specific markets and products is underpinned by the megatrends of affordable health care, digitalization, and energy transition. In Precision Solutions, we mainly make an impact with our technologies on the first two aforementioned megatrends.
About the role
Are you a proactive and driven Project Manager who thrives on challenges? We're in search of an enthusiastic Project Manager to play a pivotal role in steering the success of our projects from conception to completion. As a Project Manager, you'll be entrusted with ensuring our projects hit their targets, maintaining a keen eye on progress, and ensuring our teams have the resources they need to deliver top-notch results within set deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Take control in leading and managing Precision Solution projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with diverse teams, including hardware and software engineers, manufacturing experts, and quality assurance specialists.
- Thoroughly analyze project requirements to gain a clear understanding of objectives and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and tackle risks, developing strategies to address them effectively.
- Smartly allocate human and technical resources to maximize project efficiency and achieve our goals.
- Master the art of budget management, keeping a close watch on expenditures and providing regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Shine in your communication skills as you regularly engage with Prodrive management and esteemed clients to discuss progress, hurdles, and potential solutions.
BSc, BEng, or MSc in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or Physics.
Strong understanding of mechanical/mechatronics systems and technologies.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Being decisive, a relationship-builder, and pragmatic.
